Friday Feasting at the Temple!

As the month changes to October, we can expect all the beautiful Jacaranda trees to come into bloom. There is no where they bloom prettier than by the Johannesburg temple.
Every Friday we gather together inside the temple with one of our 7 zones of missionaries. It is a special opportunity for them to serve where there is a temple. It is a privilege to be able to go together and worship.
After the temple, we meet in the cafeteria and have our weekly district meeting. This time I have prepared lunches for each zone due to the fact that the catering contract has come to an end and so we are making and bringing our own.

President Dunn is meeting briefly with each zone before they begin their district meetings and giving a bit of a training on working even more effectively with ward and branch leaders. We remind them all that we are each a REPRESENTATIVE of the SAJM, the other missionaries, our companion and zone and also as our sons. We talked about the importance of being good representatives on all of those levels.
Fridays are special days that we look forward to and feel our batteries get charged as we worship and meditate in the temple. The district meeting is a good opportunity to her the missionaries discuss a teaching and training topic.
Elder Stevenson and elder Mpiyakhe trained well today in the Johannesburg Zone.
