| Our monthly Mission Leadership Meeting happened again today. This time we met in the High Council Room. We look even more official, don't you think? We have 4 new zone leaders in attendance today-- Elder Ete, Elder Lefthand, Elder Mugenyi and Elder Nelson |

| ......and the meeting gets underway. Each meeting we go through the goals and the stats for each zone. Our Assistants do a fabulous job capturing all the key indicators and showing it in a way that everyone can see exactly where we are excelling and where we need improvement. It is really an excellent way of using the numbers to help measure progress and help us know where we need to focus, |

| After the meeting today we served hot fudge sundaes, It was a beautiful mild winter day and we enjoyed the weather and also hosted our lunch outdoors today. |
