Special Visitors

For the last 2 weeks of the year we were privileged to have our oldest son visiting with his family. Jeff, Whitney, Madison and Zachary Dunn have come to see us before we go home in July 2017. They are the last of our family to visit and it is so wonderful to share this amazing mission experience and South Africa with our family. They love seeing the missionaries in action and we share all the comings and goings with them. Below are just a few pictures of our time with them.

They loved being in the mission home and rubbing shoulders with our beloved missionaries. As they departed, they said without a doubt, being among the missionaries was their very favorite part.

Greeting them at the airport!

They arrived on Christmas Eve!

President Dunn likes to let our grandson Zach know we love his glasses and red headband!

Christmas Eve dinner enjoyed by all!

Christmas morning is always more magical with little children! We enjoyed it so much!

Santa left Madison and new bike and also Zach...but we had to check it out on Carnation Street in front of the mission home.

Christmas morning

Fun to take a picture with our firstborn son. We have many missionary sons in the SAJM, but Jeffrey Poulson Dunn will always be the FIRST.

Miss Madison Mae Dunn is the only (little) sister we have here today.
Jeff and Whitney and kids were able to participate in our December 27, 2016 transfer

They were also at the mission home on Thursday December 29, 2016 for the Orientation of new Elders.

They were able to participate in the Orientation held at the mission home for 5 wonderful new Elders.
Going to the temple with us and our missionaries is always a highlight.

We love these guys so much and have been so thrilled to have them here with us to share in this amazing experience. They help us to appreciate just how amazing it is. They loved every minute and left such memories for us to cherish.
