Our first official reunion is coming up on Friday September 29, 2017. We need help in planning this event and involving as many of our returned missionaries as possible. We are forming a committee to help plan food, venue, program and outreach to missionaries all over the world.
We have a few times we have identified to meet. One of the planning meetings is this week, (tomorrow) on Tuesday August 22nd at 6 pm at the BYU Broadcasting Building, BYUB. Please let us know if we can expect you.
If you are planning to come, please meet in the lobby of BYUB at 6 and we will go upstairs to a board room on the 3rd floor for our meeting. Pizza will be ordered for the end of the meeting and Sister Allred is bringing a salad! We plan to meet from 6-7 and adjourn no later than 7:30.
Please invite anyone from the SAJM to come in case they did not see the invite on the blog, facebook or through e-mail.
If this meeting does not work for you, we will be gathering again on campus for a lunch meeting on Monday September 11th at noon in the Broadcast Building or at 7 pm at our home in SLC, 4045 Mt. Olympus Way.
We are offering a few times to engage as many as possible in the planning and outreach.
